The Annual Halloween in the Village with Merchant Trick-or-Treating was a blast! This event was put on by Carlsbad Causes for Community (C3) and this year's presenting sponsor was Sea Coast Exclusive Properties. Trick-or-Treating took place between 3 -6pm which was perfect timing for the kid's naps and dinner times. It was so exciting to see all the families, costumes and smiles. All the participating merchants were marked with a cute candy corn signs on their store fronts. This was especially fun for the kids running (although mom was walking) to solve the scavenger hunt. There were so many joyful expressions from the kids, merchants and all those witnessing this great community event. The streets came alive with super heroes, fairies and even inventive homemade robots! This wonderful celebration adds another reason to the list of why we all love our "sweet" seaside community of Carlsbad.
C3 is 501(c)3 non-profit consisting of local businesses and Carlsbad residents who collaborate to raise money for various community causes by organizing and implementing events and projects that serve the community. C3 focuses on providing social, athletic, recreational, and wellness services and activities for those who live, work, and play in the Village of Carlsbad.
