Using Pilates principles, Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels. You will have an amazing time in class working out to upbeat music while you do exercises to help you tone your body!
Being a mother of two, working full time, and being a Girl Scout troop leader Diana is a firm believer in "Doing Something Good For Yourself, so you can take good care of those around you!"
About the instructor Diana:
Diana began her fitness journey in 2004 when she learned Hatha Yoga at San Jose State University. After graduating college in 2005 with a degree in Communication Studies, Diana began to transform lives as a personal trainer at Bally’s Total Fitness. Diana offered private 1X1 and group classes to help her clients achieve their fitness goals of losing weight, toning and eating healthier. After four years of a consistent Hot Pilates practice in 2017, Diana was trained in the World Famous Inferno Hot Pilates, by Gabriela Walters.
About Bach to Rock:
Bach to Rock (B2R) in Encinitas provides music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels. Instruments they teach include guitar, piano, drums, voice, violin, trumpet & more. They also teach DJing and electronic music production! B2R birthday parties and seasonal camps are great opportunities to play & learn music with friends and make new ones! They have early childhood classes for toddlers and preschoolers. Students can take their skills to the next level in a Glee Club or Rock Band, as B2R offers opportunities for students to perform in venues around San Diego and North County.
