It's suffices to say that in my past, I  just didn’t eat enough.  The Jenny Craig program has really opened up my eyes to eating more balanced meals filled with vegetables and fruit and eating more frequently.  I am learning that portion control is crucial to my success and my overall happiness. I used to think that eating less food was a better for me.  I have discovered that I have more energy than I have ever have all the while eating food like Pepperoni Pizza, Chocolate Lava Cake and Chicken Piccata with Spaghetti. The portions are "just right" for me.   It has been a long time since I have been intentional with my eating.  I like the changes in my habits for sure.

For the love of food.  I am in love with the “Get Creative” ideas on the Jenny Craig program.  I love the suggestions and have really incorporated their suggestions into my weekly add ons.  Who knew that adding brussel sprouts & broccoli could be so enticing!  I am thrilled with the ideas and suggestions and really see even my family going for more veggies as a result!

Load the Veggies!  Here I added mushrooms and spinach to my Cheesy Egg and Bacon Skillet.  As you can see, it looks decadent. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I love moving!  Due to the energy increase, I really look forward to my daily exercise.  Being more intentional feels so good.  I have been walking, hiking and even meeting friends to do hot yoga.  Can you see the ripple effect?  The Jenny Craig Program has really impacted many areas of my life.

I am really starting to see a shift not only in my eating behavior but also in my body.  I feel less bloated, more balanced mentally and overall have more energy.  I love how this program is making me feel.  As of week two, I am down 2.2 pounds (* Avg. weight lost in study was 11.6 lbs./4 wks. for those who completed the program. I received promotional consideration.)  My success is making me feel confident to stick to the program.  Jackie (my Jenny Craig consultant) says it takes 21 days to break a habit but I feel like I’m really making progress already!
