Self Love is not something to take lightly. As mom’s we constantly battle - which come first, the kids or mom. When I get in this mode, I try to motivate myself and believe that without me, a healthy me, nothing else is possible. If my mind isn’t clear, if my body isn’t healthy, I have nothing for my kids. THIS is why we all need Self Love.
It’s not easy to say it or believe it but it is crucial to our existence and the examples that we are setting for our children. Children learn what they live. Ain’t that the truth?
We are business women, we are mom’s, we are smart and we love our community! That’s the truth and being in the news has been so humbling. We believe in inspiring each other, helping others grow and being the change we wish to see in the world.
