The holidays are here and there are some amazing events that are happening every week from local businesses in your neighborhood. We try to bring new and exciting events every week to this article but with the holidays and some amazing events that reoccurring every week. We have decided to keep some up to help bring some more awareness to the cool larger family friendly events.

1. Snow N Glow Holiday Festival (Del Mar Fairgrounds, Del Mar)
This winter, the Del Mar Fairgrounds will be transformed into San Diego’s holiday headquarters at the Snow N Glow Holiday Festival, featuring THREE major attractions designed to make your holiday spirits BRIGHT!. 12/8 - 1/1, 4:00 - 10:00 PM
2. Holiday Dinner Series with Santa (Omni Resort, Carlsbad)
In true La Costa holiday tradition, the resort is decked with holiday decorations and seasonal splendor. This year, parents and their little ones alike will be able to enjoy a magical evening under the stars alongside the resort’s renowned Christmas tree in a plaza aglow in lights. The kids will delight in a socially distanced, personalized visit with Santa from his own personal balcony while magical snow will fall every 30 minutes from 5-7pm. 12/7 & 12/8 | 12/14 & 12/15 from 4:30 - 7:30 PM
3. San Diego Lightscape (San Diego Botanic Garden, CA)
From November 18 through January 1, Lightscape illuminates evenings at San Diego Botanic Garden with more than one million holiday lights, tunnels, fire, sculptures and artistic installations.

4. Winter Wonderlights (Carlsbad, CA)
Each Friday & Saturday evening through December 17th, enjoy a festive light show and magical snowfall at The Forum Carlsbad from 5 to 8 pm. On Fridays, guests can also interact with strolling holiday characters. December 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, & 17 | 5:00 - 8:00 PM
5. Chanukah Celebration (Carlsbad, CA)
Join Chabad La Costa for the Lighting of the Menorah in the Courtyard between Chico’s and White House Black Market. The event will be held from 4:30 to 6 pm and will include games for the children along with complimentary refreshments. 12/21 | 4:30 - 6:00 PM
